Louise Sharrow (she/her) is a Manager on Elevate's Research & Innovation team. In this role she is involved in research and management of pilot programs including the Building Electrification Program. She also manages research and data analysis projects on topics including affordable housing, water affordability, income eligibility and environmental justice designations, energy equity, and more. Previously at Elevate she managed affordable multifamily energy efficiency utility programs in Illinois and Missouri.
