Serving as one of the founding partners, President and Chief Business Development Officer of GenCell Energy since 2011, Mr. Shavit has been instrumental in the successful commercialization of the company's alkaline fuel cell technology and guiding its deployment at key utilities. Having accumulated over 25 years of experience in establishing innovative Israeli technology companies, Mr. Gil Shavit has led joint ventures with global firms. Mr. Shavit holds a B.Sc. in Computers and Electronics from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. He is passionate about bringing fuel cell power solutions to new businesses and industries.
