In November 2021, Entergy Corporation appointed industry executive Cory Ramsel as vice president, portfolio marketing, sales and customer insights as part of the integrated customer organization reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer David Ellis.

Mr. Ramsel leads the development and executing the company's strategy for product sales, marketing and developing insights derived from the voice of the customer. He is also building customer identification and retention strategies for new and existing products in collaboration with other key leaders in the customer organization.

Prior to joining Entergy, Mr. Ramsel served in multiple leadership roles with NextEra Energy, Inc. during which time he held positions in project development, growth and innovation strategy, new customer programs, distributed solar, energy storage and emerging technology projects, geospatial information systems, data analytics, training, and talent development.

Mr. Ramsel earned an MBA from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado. He resides in New Orleans with his wife and two young children.
