Mr. Jeff Ballard has been Vice President of Operations, Technologies & Business Transformation at AVANGRID, Inc. since October 19, 2011. In this role, Mr. Ballard oversees Business Transformation and manages technologies specific to operations including Smart Grid, Control Systems and Telecommunications. He served as Vice President of Information Technology at Iberdrola USA, Inc. (now, AVANGRID, Inc.), where he guided its support of business transformation and strategic technology initiatives for two years. He served as Director of IT Infrastructure at Iberdrola USA, Inc., where he was responsible for the strategy and operation of network and technical platforms. He joined the Iberdrola Group in 1985.
